By William O'Neal - Thu, Mar 2, 2017

This Week on SHIELD, we’re excited about the game, For Honor streaming with NVIDIA GameStream, the MLB.tv app, just in time for Spring Training, the movie, “Hacksaw Ridge” on VUDU, and “The Boondocks” which is streaming on Hulu.

Of course, we also want to know what’s on YOUR SHIELD, so hit us up on Twitter with the hashtag #twos. Let us know what you’re rocking this week and maybe we’ll show you some love the following week.

Game: For Honor streaming with NVIDIA GameStream

Ubisoft’s For Honor has all the makings of a new hit franchise: jaw-dropping visuals, glorious action, and a bevy of modes where players engage in blisteringly intense weapons-based combat. You can even play as one of three historical warriors: Knights, Samurai, and Vikings. One of the best ways to enjoy the game is seated in front of your gaming monitor that’s hooked up to a powerful gaming PC equipped with a high-performance graphics card like one of NVIDIA’s GeForce GTX 10-Series GPUs.

The MLB.tv app is great for baseball fans

App: MLB.tv

With MLB Spring Training around the corner, baseball fans like us have been glued to MLB.tv on NVIDIA SHIELD. Whether you’re a fan of America’s pastime or a fantasy baseball fanatic, you’ll love MLB.tv. You can watch Spring Training on MLB.tv to get a bead on which “under-the-radar” players to add to your fantasy roster. Plans start at $19.99/month, a small price to pay for true baseball fans.

Movie: “Hacksaw Ridge” on VUDU

“Hacksaw Ridge” is the true story of WWII conscientious objector Desmond T. Doss who saved 75 men in Okinawa. Doss achieved this during one of the bloodiest battles of WWII--without firing a single shot--becoming the first conscientious objector to win the Congressional Medal of Honor. “Hacksaw Ridge” is currently streaming on VUDU.

TV show: “The Boondocks”, streaming on Hulu

Fans of “The Boondocks” have been waiting for the series to come to streaming channels. Now, SHIELD users can binge-watch the series on Hulu. Created by Aaron McGruder, “The Boondocks” is the story of Robert "Granddad" Freeman who becomes the the legal guardian of his grandsons, 10-year-old revolutionary Huey and 8-year-old Riley. After moving from Chicago's South Side to suburban Woodcrest, the boys comically struggle to make their new life work. “The Boondocks” is currently streaming on Hulu.
