Limber up your thumbs and get ready to let your virtual fists fly! BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger, an energy infused fighting game from Japan, is now available to play on SHIELD. Just connect to GRID™ to play!

A traditional 2D arcade brawler, à la Street Fighter, BlazBlue boasts a rather modest roster of fighters compared with other games. However, each of the 12 characters has a unique appearance, storyline and fighting style that make them truly memorable.

Throw some inventive combat mechanics into the ring, and the option to connect a second controller and challenge a friend, and BlazBlue is simply a must-try title for fighting fans.

You can access BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger via the Stream Games hub on Android TV, or by navigating to the GRID Games menu within SHIELD Hub on your portable or tablet.

The GRID Games library includes 55 PC games that you can play on SHIELD devices, and we’re adding new games regularly. Join the conversation on Twitter, and use the hashtag #SHIELDTuesday to tell us which games you’d like us to add next.

GRID is NVIDIA’s on-demand service that streams a library of popular PC games to SHIELD devices. A subscription to GRID, which is free to all SHIELD owners through July 31, 2015, is required to play GRID games on SHIELD. Go here to learn more.
