Go to My Rig and verify your PC meets the hardware requirements for game streaming.
Install your favorite SHIELD compatible games. Make sure you have the latest version of Steam installed to be able to play games through Steam Big Picture.
Log into Steam or Origin.
Make sure that the games you want to stream have been installed and previously launched once (with any patches/etc applied) from the PC.
Open SHIELD Hub .
Select My PC Games from the list on the left.
Any qualified and configured PC in range displays on the screen.
Select your PC to pair with from the list of available PCs.
A pin code displays on the SHIELD screen. The pin provides a more secure and unique connection to a particular PC. Since each qualified PC will have a unique pin identification, you can connect to more than one PC from the same SHIELD.
Go to the selected PC and enter the code shown on your SHIELD screen..
A one-time pairing pop-up window displays on the selected PC. Enter the pin code and select Connect..
A list of supported PC games available for streaming from the selected PC are listed in the window.
Tip: We recommend launching your games at least once on the PC BEFORE launching through SHIELD to install all the prerequisites (VC Redists, DirectX etc..) and set up all DRM features (Games For Windows Live, SocialClub ect…). For information on using on-screen controls, go to Using GAMESTREAM.
